Easytork’s patented quarter turn vane-type pneumatic actuator replaces the spring typically needed to achieve fail-safe operation with an air reservoir that is integral to the actuator housing. Our actuator offers improved reliability and direct mount function while simplifying the single-acting design to make vane actuators smaller, lighter, and more competitive than single-acting rack-and-pinion actuators on every measurable scale. Additionally, the Easytork actuator provides increasing flexibility and reliability and significantly reduces the total cost of ownership by reducing product cost and operational expenses.

Non-existent springs cannot fail, the same fail-safe torque at end-of-stroke will be the same for a new actuator as it will be for an used actuator. Springs in spring-return actuators will decay or break over time. With subpar instrument air, springs are exposed to corrosion. On the fail position movement of the spring, the actuator container effectively becomes a vacuum sucking in environment air. Debris from the environment air attacks the soft sealing of the actuator, creating leakage points. Moisture from the environment air exposes the springs to corrosion. Easytork actuators do not suck in environment debris and moisture.

One Easytork unit will perform multiple functions, depending on your needs. Convert between double-acting and fail-safe, and fail-open and fail-close. The changing of functions takes less than 60 seconds. No need to purchase and inventory multiple SKUs for your facility's various needs. And of course, no need to switch out springs. See our resource library for a video demonstration.

Our air pilot valve may be used when a third party solenoid valve is remote mounted or nipple mounted. Our pilot valve is required to achieve the fail-safe function when third party solenoid valves are used.

Our actuators, solenoid and pilot valves, and complementary accessories are stock items at our St. Louis headquarters. Our lead time is usually 24 hours for all stock items. We have stocking distributors across North America.

Easytork has a 2 year or 2 million cycle warranty (whichever comes first) from invoice date. We take this warranty very seriously and we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Easytork will expeditiously replace any failed actuator, provided that it is installed and operated properly according to our installation & operating manual (IOM) parameters and guidelines. Freight/shipping costs by sender.
